Is it true that Africans and African Americans do not like each other? An African from Sudan started working with me today. And it seems as if we had nothing incommon, nothing to tie us together. He seem to be critical about everything we do at work and he seem as if he knows how to change everything to work better. |

Don't forget, we ALL started with tons of energy, motivation, and ideas for making change. Give him a couple of months to mellow out. It seems to take awhile for people to realize that everyone here is relaxed.
Ask him about Sudan (but probably not the politics of Sudan), that should get him talking.
